Responsibilities:
• I took the whole project management & facility management as shift civil engineering consultant and was responsible for whole property management & maintenance.
• Monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating VW norms & standards.
• Coordinating& execute, quantity analysis, billing of various projects related to civil maintenance and supervised various contractors, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day.
• I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the property maintenance cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
• eveloped monthly management report for overview of project and facility management which includes cost benefit analysis, complaint request analysis, ongoing project planning and scheduling with status, reconciliation of material, material stock management, asset management, cost consumption analysis. Developed Daily progress report (DPR).
Responsibilities:
• Choose appropriate materials, such as concrete, steel, timber and masonry, to meet design specifications. When construction has begun, inspecting the work and advising contractors.
• Giving detailing by AUTO CAD
• Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by my senior consultant.
• Studying the work plan submitted by the contactor and suggests any modifications.
• Briefing CAD technicians and checking drawing, plans and quantities for accuracy of calculations Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Weekly reporting about progress, noncompliance, delay in work to the Project Manager
• Ensured soundness of estimates for commercial projects. Calculated all subcontractor and indirect project costs. Supported accounts department in billing document preparation.
• Prepared technical proposals in collaboration with other relevant departments.
• Ensured adherence to estimate via regular work site visits.
• Collated and reviewed all inquiry documents.
• Calculated running expenses, temporary manpower compensation and other indirect project costs
Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.

•To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities.
