Coordinates all site inspection with the site subcontractors.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached document are current.
• Maintaining all the record files such as RFI, PTS, quality plan, submittal log sheet, As-build drawings, Site instructions, Earthwork reports, Calibration reports, Concrete Compressive strength test reports, etc.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Assist the site engineer in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
• Prepare non-conformance reports to the project manager and assist in developing corrective action.
• Coordinates with the customers QC inspector for the resolution of site problem.
• Assist the site subcontractor in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Attend the weekly QC meeting.
Selecting appropriate and standardized construction materials
Checking the co-ordinates and elevation levels of all the building elements as per approved GFC drawings
Witnessing and sentencing H1, H2, R1, R2, RH1, RH2, civil site inspections
Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are in current status
The completion of QC Site instructions and coordinate their closure.
The review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities
Conduct compressive strength test of concrete cylinders at 3, 7, 28 days
Good knowledge of capping of cylinders with Sulphur and micro-silica to gain its compressive strength.
