Responsibilities:
• Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customers, ensuring that configurations are optimized.
• Schedule updates for customer services.
• Participate in meetings and reviews with customers, providing reports on the performance and projects.
• Manage customer’s configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications.
• Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high priority issues, and ensure that they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements.
• Handle customers’ technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries.
• Provide insights and recommendations regarding customers’ networks and their optimization.
• Support knowledge sharing and training, both internally and with customer teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design, Deploy, Implementation and Troubleshooting of Viptela and integration Support with existing infrastructure.
• On Prem and cloud controller deployment and troubleshooting-vManage, vBond, vEdge
• IP address, VLAN, Bandwidth allocation for all links.
• Deployment and management of Versa and Viptela devices.

Integrate multi-site networks via MPLS/VPLS/DIA/IZO/ILL/VNO as per customer requirements
Determines/implements the modifications to existing configurations within the production network routers
Test/turn-up customer network access circuits on network-to-network interface (NNI)
Resolves customer voice/data troubles and updates trouble ticketing systems
Handling of shifting and replacement/ LM change activity.
Handling Circuit upgradation and down gradation activity.
Responsible for complete end to end NMS addition and deletion.
Handling Configuration of SNMP in Cacti, SaveOne and Icinga tools.
Monitor, Maintain & Troubleshoot complete network of Norway based ISP BROADNET (Tier 2)
•Responsible for interacting with internal groups, vendors and customers to coordinate the timely implementation of customer networks and data services.
•Troubleshooting on escalated backbone network related issue on routing protocol.
•Resolving escalated cases and mentoring FM team to resolve maximum cases at initial level.
•Work with hardware/circuit provider for different geographical regions for installing diverse types of Circuits (Ethernet, xDSL) and troubleshooting if required.
•Providing P and PE support for Backbone network for any manual configuration changes required on P or PE router and doing failover test.
•Design Discussion. Streamlining Services, Delivery Plan, and Implementation for important new Customer for smooth installation/migration activity.
•Understand and troubleshoot the customer issues as mentioned in the trouble ticket, resolve the issue and close the TTs in the systems.
•Troubleshooting issue related to L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS & Metro Ethernet, Routing & Switching
•Troubleshoot issues related to vendors like (CISCO, JUNIPER, ALCATEL, HUAWEI, DSLAM, EXTREME)
•To handle emergencies, critical major problems, coordinate with Vendor TAC and investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems.
•Take necessary actions to improve network and service availability, quality & performance.
•Responsible for providing technical & process related training to new comers.
