Monitoring the distribution site and supervise workers in the schools and reporting everything that
happens in the school and distributions have to be reported as a reference for any future needs,

Monitoring the meals production and supervise workers in the productive kitchens and reporting everything happens in the kitchen and distributions have to be reported as a reference for any future needs, monitoring Projects activities during the implementation phase and Collect and Document beneficiaries feedback about the project.
Storing the foods inside the warehouses, according to HACCP system, to avoid the food damage or contamination. Also the goods should show the exact quantity in the stores and the purchases will be requested according to that records.

Assist the project team in cash distribution "Cash for Work programming"
during Covid-19 pandemic, conducting phone interviews with the students' parents to gauge the impact of the project.
Escort individuals or groups on cruises, sightseeing tours, or through places of interest such as industrial establishments, public buildings, and art galleries.
Describe tour points of interest to group members, and respond to questions.
Monitor visitors' activities in order to ensure compliance with establishment or tour regulations and safety practices.
Greet and register visitors, issue any required identification badges and or safety devices.
Distribute brochures, show audiovisual presentations, and explain establishment processes and operations at tour sites and Provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors.
Provide for physical safety of groups, performing such activities as providing first aid and directing emergency evacuations.
Work with the Receptionist, Case Management & Community Mobilization Assistant (outreach). and Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant.

Explain and familiarize new arrivals with camp protocols and facilities. Services available, such as food and "NFI" distribution points, and explain procedures for accessing health care, education, and support services.
Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on data collection such as (Market assessment, Impact assessment, activities assessment, Cash assessment).
assist the project team in cash for work programming.
assist the project team in data entry.
