Responsibilities
Preparing Master Schedules for the projects at Pre-tender & Post-tender stage / Pre-construction and Construction stage.
Preparing and Loading Resources, Manpower & Equipment Histogram
Preparing & Updating of S-curve, Cash flow.
Schedule of Milestones / Manpower Deployed, Material Procured, Machinery & Equipment
Progress Update and submitting Reports for the ongoing projects weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly to the client for approval.
Report the critical activities to the Projects Manager and Prepare catch up program to resolve the issue.
Visiting Sites for noting down the Progress for Program Update and reporting to higher
authorities.
Taking out quantities as and when require for Planning / Scheduling for Material / Manpower / Machinery.
Corrective Actions Requests in Planning / Scheduling
Significantly contribute to continuous improvement in project management and the achievement.
Preparing Schedules for submission of tenders, project planning and scheduling requirements. Tracking, monitoring and forecasting of all progress activities. Updating of all Project Schedules by collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates and progress deviation compared with the baseline schedule. Preparation of Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Progress S-curve, Manpower Histogram. Preparing Delay analysis or Time impact Analysis for EOT claim.
