Responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle from receiving the requirement from hiring manager, sourcing, screening, validating resumes, interview coordination, document collection, coordination with offer generation to release offer till on - Boarding of the candidates
Responsible for providing best of the candidates to the client with the minimum possible turnaround time. Responsible for coordinating with all the required teams to ensure a smooth joining process.
Responsible for communicating requirements to vendors, obtaining relevant profiles within specified timelines, and occasionally engaging in calls with vendors to discuss the requirements.
Responsible for handling & closing multiple requirements simultaneously.
Sourcing resumes through various portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, etc),
Initial screening of profiles that suits the open requirements and take it ahead for further predefined recruitment procedure till closure.
Identifying potential candidates through all possible ways like portal, employee referrals, internal database.
Formatting resumes and submitting to clients as per their need.
Responsible for engaging the candidates from initial screening till closure through means like employer branding, ensuring trust towards the organization.
Maintaining the database, tracker, reports of candidates to fulfill current and future needs of the organization.
Rigorous follow up with Managers for feedback on candidate status, requirements, closures
Hands-on experience on weekend and weekday walkin, driving efficiently.
Hands-on experience in conducting all modes of Interview.
Hand-on experience of two years in team handling of three HR Executive.

Knowledge of Job Portals: LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, Bayt, Expatriates, GulfTalent,
Indeed, Workable, Monster and more..

Knowledge of Tools: QIWA, GOSI, Absher, Tawakkalna, SPL, NAFATH
