Riyadh, KSA
Review design & shop drawings, in accordance with the standard and
specification for site works.
Materials take-off, follow-up, monitor and conduct inventory of materials
ensuring that materials are ready when needed.
Prepare check-list of work for everyday monitoring.
Check installation if it conforms to the approved drawing and standard
specification by the contractor.
Check materials used if it is the approved materials by the contractor
Assist consultant inspector during inspection of all mechanical works
installation and testing.
Ability to understand and keep up to date with technical and
legislative work.
Submit RFI's for the executed works to the consultant and follow up
the approval for the same.
Responsible to ensure whether the site activities are progressed
with safety standards, contract requirements and company
guidelines at workplace.
Inspected materials associated with HVAC, plumbing & firefighting &
managing it on site before raising DIR.

Standards and As Per Shop Drawing and Co-Ordination Drawing.
Installation and Execution of Hvac’s System Work, Ducting, Equipment
and Accessories as per Shop Drawing Coordinated with Other Services.
Ability to Prepare Take-Off as Per Site Condition, Shop Drawing and
Requirement of The Work
Supervising Of Mechanical Works (Hvac, firefighting) & Its Related
Construction Activities Including Providing Technical Inputs.
Installation of All Mechanical Equipment’s As per Ashrae/Nfpa and
Manufacturer's Manual.
Monitoring Ongoing Mechanical Works On An Area-By-Area And Level-By-
Level Basis As Per, The Project Programmed From The Outset Of The
Project Till Testing, Commissioning And Handing Over. Liaising closely
with the Main Contractor’s Project Managers for All Aspects of the Project.
