•Harmonized ISO31000 and ISO9001 requirements for strategic, operational and business risk and opportunities assessment through Inherent and Emerging Risk Assessment. Setup correlation index between risks for monitoring and control purpose

•Establish Key Risk Indicator (KRI) for Underground and Tunneling Works in Railway metros project in Klang Valley, Malaysia

Responsibilities: Consultancy role as well as business development support for infrastructure division.

Project:
A US$ 248.50 million Acid Gas Removal Plant project using membrane CO2 technology from MTJA platform to TGAS Terminal in shore Terengganu, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Provide and support Project Services activities including Quantitative Risk Management (Cost and Schedule), Planning & Scheduling, Management of Change and Quality Management System. Participate in meetings with Clients, subcontractors, vendors (KOM, PIM, and Progress Review etc.), model development reviews (30%, 60%, and 90%), constructability/manufacturability and etc.

Key Achievements
1.Increased Risk Maturity score from 25% to 75% resulting in the integration of project control and risk management system. Introduced BIAS monitoring tools using Monte Carlo simulation and data warehouse
