Responsibilities:
- Worked with Servers, Routers, Firewall, Access points, Wireless routers and all other network Resources.
- Handling ERP software (server installation as well as client installation).
- Functional consultant for ERP Users.
- Providing complete support via telephone communications, if necessary visit to branch offices
- Handling All low current devices with Installation (CCTV IP CAMERAS & ACCESS DOORS ETC.).
- Hands on Experience Google Apps for Business.
- Handling admin panel under google apps like (Creating, Deleting, Suspend emails with Policies & Drives)
- Configuring outlook at users’ computer using POP3 and IMAP with SMTP address.
- Managing Outlook .PST files and handling all other issues of OUTLOOK
- Providing support to Help Desk for complex/major network problems
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Windows servers
- Installing and configuring servers, desktops and networking equipment.
- Creating & Managing users accounts, user groups, profiles and maintained account policies & assigned share level permissions.
- Managing Printers like Network Printer, Inkjet, Office Jet, Laser Jet, Desk Jet, Photo Smart printers.
- Handling Printers issues and checking TONERS and CARTRIDGES status, and ordering Toners and Cartridges from the suppliers if needed.
- Troubleshooting TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
- Analyzed slow network performance and recommend necessary changes which included removal of unwanted hubs and reconfiguration of switches for full duplex operation.
- Taking Active Directory (System State) backup weekly.
- Taking users data backup once in every month to avoid data loss
