with local authority, setting up manufacturing cells to production requirement such as humidity,
temperature, vacuum pump, etc.
♦ Set up and wrote tender documents for office lobby design, office supplies for the whole factory two
major buildings.
♦ Led the tender award process and implementation of the tender by the successful bidder.
♦ Successfully increased production rate from 21000 units to 35000 units per day through kaizen or lean
manufacturing activities such as: process improvement, line balancing and operator motivation.
