- Responsible for entire payroll functions and management.
- Responsible for yearly salary budget and updating forcast cost
- Prepare End of Service Benefits and exit interview meeting.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepare monthly and annual report and ad hoc reports, as needed.
- Assisting for HR related projects.
- Review and evaluate existing payroll procedures
- Maintain the group health & life insurance policies and claims for both medical and accident.
- HR system Administration (MenaItech) and developing HR reports.
- Coordinate to the government relations team for staff residency process and petty cash.
- Responsible for compiling and inputting the information necessary to run the monthly payroll for 1000+ employees
- Processing monthly deductions as per schedule
- Checking and verifying changes to employee data, calculating and processing payments etc.
- Making sure all employees have been paid in a timely manner
- Checking and verifying staff annual leave and final settlement upon staff cancellation
- Cost allocation of salaries and wages for Area office and all projects
- Verification of accounting ledgers for salaries and related cost
- Preparing yearly salary budget and updating forecast cost
- Preparing monthly report actual salary cost comparing with budget and forecast cost
- Maintaining accruals and provisions (leave, indemnity and air ticket)
- Assisting to developing software as per management requirements using MS Access
- Maintaining company mobile and land telephone and allocate the cost

Prepared Territory and dealer wise weekly and monthly dispatch report against on sales target. Target vs. achievement report sales executive wise for the weekly dispatch meeting and also prepared the monthly presentation.
Responsible for the database design, write validation and developed applications for the support of different business rules with the help of VB 6, SQL server & crystal report. The following projects was developed during my period;
