Project involved & executed - 380kV D/C OHTL works related to Marjan BSP for SEC, 380kV D/C OHTL works between MHD BSP-TBH PP WOA for SEC, Replace Power Supply at Abu Ali Plants (230kV OHTL & Cable) for Saudi Aramco & 380kV D/C OHTL works related HHR for SEC.
Handling end to end management of project deliverables including Plan and designate project resources, Monitor progress, Managing and leading team members, Guiding team members for timely project completion within approved budget, Administering team members to ensure the 100% compliance of Safety and Quality, Type & factory acceptance tests for various supply materials, Preparation of Outage schedule involved in various outage related works, Conducting Interface meeting with other contractors involved in the project, Obtaining approval for existing live line crossings & road crossings from various entities like SEC/ Saudi Aramco/ Royal commission/ Ministry of Transport, Ensuring the timely closure & handing over of Project.
• Coordination works for various Engineering & Site activities.
• Planning & Releasing of the Supply material as per Studies.
• Preparing the complete schedules including Engineering, Supply & Execution activities on MS-Project.
• Preparing the Profiles with Method-1 & Method-4 on PLSCADD software.
• Coordinating with Suppliers & Client in testing activities.
• Arranging the Testing & Inspection activities of Supply materials.
• Dealing with the suppliers for technical requirement for the Approval from the consultant & client.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress report of the project status.
• Follow-up of procedures & programs cascaded and communicated between all employees.
• Controlling the technical document flow.
• Managing of Site activities like
- Access road works
- Foundation (Auguring)
- Erection (By Crane)
- Overhead line - live line crossing works
- Under-ground cable laying works
- Cable pulling works
- Cable Backfilling works.
• Arranging logistics for Under-ground Cable splicing & Cable termination at GIS.
• Arranging of 3rd party testing agency for Overhead line & Under-ground cable testing.
• Arrangement of site for testing works (Overhead line & Under-ground cable)
• Plan & deliver the targets with different subcontractors.
• Delivering the targets within planned schedule.
• Finalizing the quantities as per IFC drawings.
• Ensure the resources are fully utilized.
• Plan & arrange resources for Punch list items closure for Handover to client.
• Conducting Interface meeting with other contractors involved in the project.
• Preparing of Red-line drawings as per site conditions.
• Preparation of Method statement for Live line crossing, UG cabling works.
• Getting approval from existing overhead line owners for line crossings like SEC.
• Getting approval from various entities like Saudi Electricity Company/ Royal commission for overhead line crossings.
• Strict Compliance to Quality & Safety standards.
Conceptual system design considering the load data as per the requirement. Transformers sizing calculations. Preparation of electrical distribution single line diagram based on the categorization of the load. Preparing Electrical layouts both Internal & External. Providing direct technical support to contractors to ensure good output.
