ABC has a $ 73 Billion per year in revenue with 26 Plants (roll outs) & 80 Business processes having 50, 000 Orders / 80, 000 invoices and Deliveries / 1.2 Million lines per day.
Roles - SD Team member:
• Implementation of Special Business Processes like Dropship, Autoship & Consignment Sales
• Worked on Idocs in projects related to enhancements & tickets of OTC OM & RM areas
• Worked in HPQC for Functional testing, Integration testing, UAT & Regression testing through managing defects
• Responsible for writing & executing test scripts, test cases & functional specs.
• Validation of the Functional Specs w.r.t the data mapping & later escalation the changes to client.
• Coordinating with the developers and facilitate them with test data for correct development.
• Regularly extracted waterfall reports & analysis for all the plants which went live during roll outs
• Attend regular meetings with Business groups to understand critical requirements for proposing solutions &
• suggesting alternatives etc
• Responsible for delivery in terms of issues assigned to offshore team / enhancements.
• Post Go-live worked as a support consultant & solved over 175 tickets during hyper care & sustain.
• Received appreciation certificate for successfully implementing New Interface from onsite & offshore manager
