• Lead the design and implementation of the structure of financial resources and all financial operations of the Trust.
• Provide high level proactive financial expertise and leadership to the Trust as a whole and direction for both short term and long term financial planning.
• Advise the Divisional Directors, CEO and Board of Trustees on the financial implications of business/project activities.
• Collaboratively develop operating policies and procedures, improvement programs and management systems for the attainment of objectives of specific projects and the Trust.
• Design financial cycles and procedures for new projects.
• Monthly, quarterly and final reports (in line with the Board’s requirements).
• Prepare regular progress reports (actual vs. budget, financial statements and fundraising activities) on a monthly basis to the CEO on each of the divisional activities.
• Provide Financial and Economical mentoring for the Trust Division/Projects Heads.
• Conduct annual Pathways reviews for key staff in the division.
• Managed the Selection process of a new ERP System integrated with Microsoft Navision.
• Managed to complete the pending external audit for an old period of three years(2007-2010).

• Developed a new chart of accounts for the consolidation purposes under ERP Axapta System, and mapping the old and new chart of accounts.

• Developed cash flow forecast to arrange timely funds to bridge the gaps.

• Managed monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Following up sister companies in (Eygpt, Syria, Lebanon and KSA) to receive the financial statements on monthly bases.
• Following up Banking Communications and Facilities agreement renewal.
• Coordinating budget process with all departments and senior management concluding in the presentation of final budget approved by the CEO and BOD, implemented monthly forecast of financial results versus the budget.
• Lead a team of (10) accountants.
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial analysis for critical decision making. Managing month-end process and developed an efficient process to track expense accruals and provisions.
• Responsible for preparation of supporting schedules, as well as liaison, with External Auditors (Ernst & Young) for validation of business transactions and effectiveness of Internal Controls.
• Developed implemented and monitored internal and external reporting processes; produced and analyzed financial statements; resulting in reduced reporting time by 50%.
• Participated in the design and then implemented a fully integrated MIS system resulting in an automated ordering, processing, delivery and accounting for all products. The new system provided accurate and timely data to management.
