• Daily maintaining record for monthly bill payment and co-ordination with site responsible persons along with the team.
• Organizing Training and assigning work schedule for procurement team, warehouse employees and periodically checking of inventory / stock and submitting reports every month to the management.
• Handling and organizing of Logistics Department with more than 40 Vehicles of the company for Day today Logistics of People, Material & Equipments.
• Implementing the Procurement strategy and policy & involvement in all major commercial negotiation and buying decisions.
• Export and import of constructions machinery (equipments), construction materials, MEP Materials and personal effects.
• Frequent and successful contact/interaction with suppliers/forwarders/shipping agents.
• Responsible for all Admin/Finance matters, all daily routine work and self correspondence in the department.
• Working with relevant industry standard procurement management package.
• Thorough knowledge of all Procurement Activities, principles and practises. Understanding of basic business principles, strong negotiation skills, group facilitation, analytically strong and ability to make innovative and rational decisions. Well developed motivational and communication skills.
