Following are the function is being carried out.
Head hunting for suitable candidates as per the requisition of all clients by using job portal like Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Monster.com.
Screening CVs according to Job Specifications and short listing the right qualitative profile against the requirement.
Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest & availability.
Effectively evaluate the candidate on behavior, skill and knowledge while short listing.
Lining up for short listed candidates & Scheduling for interviews.
Managing HR related activities of more than 100 employees in the organization and keep organizational environment healthy.
To support HR manager in implementing recruitment objectives and HR policies.
Developing communication with different departments Head to plan and control the Manpower.
Conducting initial screening and interviews of the candidates.
Conducting Induction for all new joiners at the corporate office.
Drafting and distribution of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, termination, etc.)
Managing all the joining and exit formalities.
To train new staff members in customer relations and more efficient ways to perform their jobs.
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Designing and implementing employee incentive programs to increase productivity.
Sourcing profiles according to requirements from various recruiting sources - self-created databank, job portals, advertising and consultants and through own network of contacts.
Maintaining employee personal and Professional data and attendance.
Coordination with Bank for opening salary accounts of new employees and regular correspondence.
Preparation of monthly HR report and Highlights.
Prepare all required reports for top management evaluation and analysis.
Initiate and manage all employee engagement activities.
Handling entire HR analysis for the Business which includes the Attrition, Salary, Recruitment and Incentive Analysis.
Responsible for monthly MIS reports.
Data Management and maintaining records.
Preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters and keeping a track of attendance and leave records.
Managing Full and Final settlement of employees.
Coordinated with administration department for statutory matters such as PF, ESI, etc.
Responsible for payroll software to process monthly salary of all employees.
Understanding the requirements of clients and sourcing the candidates accordingly.

Placing an advertisement in newspapers, Preparing Ad art work for an advertisement.
Coordinate with Administration Department to make all the arrangements for the clients. Like - Hotel booking, Traveling Arrangements, Food Arrangements, Visa processing.
Maintaining the data of offered candidates (Both in Soft Form and File Management).
Drafting Letters, Attending Phone calls and searching on net for required information.
Checking Mails and replying them.
Involved in Training & Development of team members to make their understanding better of Job Description & Operation.
Generating the MIS Report and presenting the same to the Manager.
