 Screening CVs according to Job Specifications and short listing the right qualitative profile against the requirement.
 Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest & availability.
 Effectively evaluate the candidate on behavior, skill and knowledge while short listing.
 Lining up for short listed candidates & Scheduling for interviews.

 Handling entire HR analysis for the Business which includes the Attrition, Salary, Recruitment and Incentive Analysis.
 Responsible for monthly MIS reports.
 Data Management and maintaining records.
 Preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters and keeping a track of attendance and leave records.
 Managing Full and Final settlement of employees.
 Coordinated with administration department for statutory matters such as PF, ESI, etc.
 Responsible for payroll software to process monthly salary of all employees.
