• Troubleshooting the reliability, errors and ping quality based on Cisco IOS.
• Testing, Troubleshooting and replacing new equipments like routers, modems and NT boxes.
• Identify and resolve problems on high end Switches and Routers.
• Implementing and establishing MLLN and Non-MLLN (Managed Leased Line Network) connectivity to the new branches.
• Responsible for proactively monitoring and maintaining extensive wide area network.
• Analyzing LAN to determine what were the major problems and improvements needed to be made to the network infrastructure.
