Provide administrative support to the Division’s General Manager, Director of Sales and field sales personnel.
Communicate and coordinate activities with sales, operations and other company personnel as necessary to verify completion of order, resolve issues and ensure that customer expectations are met.
Prepare company’s product presentations for displaying in exhibitions.
Prepare and send product quotations to the new customers.
Coordinating activities and initiatives that support a sales team towards excellence in sales.
Maintaining personnel and customer files.
Arrange and coordinate travel (includes booking international and domestic flights, hotel accommodations, rental cars, etc.)
Responsible for calling new candidate, taking interview and forward him for the technical interview as per the need of department.
Arrange interviews for management levels.
After successfully selected candidates, responsible for telling him about the salary package, company’s rules and regulations about each and everything, e.g., about salary, about annual leaves, about emergency leaves. Also informed him about the transferring him under company’s sponsorship.
Responsible for taking candidate’s all the documents, e.g., all academic records, certificates (if any), passport copy(check passport expiry date), Iqama copy (check Iqama expiry date), license copy and also see the testimonials in original.
Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates, send signed copy to Head Office, Dubai and maintain originals in employee’s file.
Attend to employees’ complaint and provide guidance if necessary.
Responsible for making Iqama, Insurance (and any other documents which is required by Saudi Government which is expired) and informed to those employees’ whose expiry date is close.
Coordinated in drafting out Increment Letter and Promotion Letter
Manage and appraise employees’ performance and their career advancement.
