To perform M&E services interfacing and coordination with builders work.
Liaison with existing end user (Bank Negara Factory) operator for upgrading building work without interrupt the live operation.
To evaluate sub-contractor progress claim and recommendation for payment.
To conduct work progress monitoring, scheduling, Testing to meet client and consultant satisfaction.
