Plot Area: Area 41000 m2
Description: Construction of Four mixed-use Plots D1 D2 D3 &D4 are in the North district of the Seef Lusail master plan along the waterfront facing the promenade. The plots are ingress and egressed from the Boulevard.
The plots were developed into Luxury Range Residential apartments to the highest international standards together with retail and other amenities at the ground floor. There will be 9 Towers between 9 and 29 levels and each with 2 levels of basement consists of 538 apartments, 40 Townhouses and retail areas in addition to the landscape..
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assessed project parameters and client expectations to provide consistent status reports and to proactively address potential delays or constraints.
• Controlled project milestones and deliverables at all stages, from planning and development through quality control and final review.

• Ensure, review and where necessary draft recommendations or other documentation in processing requests for variation, addendum, extension of time, etc. in accordance with Authority policies and guidelines
