Description: Construction of Four mixed-use Plots D1 D2 D3 &D4 are in the North district of the Seef Lusail master plan along the waterfront facing the promenade. The plots are ingress and egressed from the Boulevard.
The plots were developed into Luxury Range Residential apartments to the highest international standards together with retail and other amenities at the ground floor. There will be 9 Towers between 9 and 29 levels and each with 2 levels of basement consists of 538 apartments, 40 Townhouses and retail areas in addition to the landscape..
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assessed project parameters and client expectations to provide consistent status reports and to proactively address potential delays or constraints.
• Controlled project milestones and deliverables at all stages, from planning and development through quality control and final review.
• Managed change control procedures and verified completion of project deliverables within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets.
• Interacted confidently with clients throughout projects, presenting updates, incorporating feedback, and redirecting concerns.
• Mitigated project delays to maintain timeline adherence and foster client retention.
• Evaluated potential risks and developed actionable mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

sauna, kids’ areas etc.
The Basement area 24828 m2 includes 329 parking slots, Water tank and substation, The ground floor includes 87 parking slots.
The project consists of 4 Buildings Type A with total area 6756m2 each building consists of 8 Apartments
(3BEdroom), 44 Apartments (2 Bedrooms) and 4
apartments (1 Bedroom).
