duties & Responsibilities
A - ACCOUNTING
Active involvement in computerized book keeping of the group and preparation of monthly accounts for management purpose

Preparation and finalization of group financial statements

Having handled the Fixed Assets, Stock Controls, Debtors/Creditors Controls and Sales/Purchases Journal etc

Preparation of statements and other details required by Management
Preparation of Management & Projection Financial Statements for Banks

Monthly cash flow statements and managing bank accounts

Making calculation for Provisions, adjustments & other consumption vouchers

Supervision & motivation of accounting staff

B - TAXATION
Preparation of annual tax returns of all Companies & directors.

Preparation & e-filling of quarterly and annual statements with tax department

Preparation and e-filling of sales tax returns, submission of Sales tax Refund and supervision, preparation of sales tax & excise record.

Compliance of income tax notices both of companies and directors and preparation and submission of requisite information

Preparation of Budget for Controlling Purchases, Sales & Other Expenses to avoid Tax problems

C - CORPORATE
Managing all corporate matters such as filling & e-filing of annual corporate returns, preparation of search reports, creation and vacation of charge, all other forms with SECP, Incorporation of New Companies and handling of all secretarial work related to SECP.
