Project also include under ground multi level parking lots to be used as expansion plan.
worked for a housing project for al akaria real estate company for 300 villas project at diplomatic quarter riyadh.
project include independent villas, duplexes apartments and related infrastructure work.
From 2010 till date
worked as project manager for Gosi Investment Housing Project at Diplomatic Quarter under the supervision of Arriyadh Development Authorities.
The project comprises of construction of 207 housing units, 27 types and amounting a total value of over 350 millions Saudi Riyals.
Duties include to supervise a consulting engineers team of 13 engineers and inspectors to over all control of all construction related engineering activities such as review of shop drawings, site inspections payment certificates, preparation of weekly monthly reports etc
From April 2006 to may 2010
• worked in the capacity of "Project Manager" at Riyadh International Exhibition Center for Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industries. The Project comprises of 200, 000 M2 and area with mainly exhibition halls and National Product Center. The project value is around 150millions
From July 2004 to March. 2006
• Worked in the capacity of "Project Manager" for Toyota Badia Project. The cost of the project is 25 million and comprises of showroom, workshops parking offices staff accommodation landscaping and asphalt etc..
From Aug.2001 to June 2004
• Worked as a "Assistant Project Manager" for Al Safi -Danone Project - Riyadh. The Project consists of residential units for staff, Administration Building, Cold and Long Life Cold Store, work shop, Restaurant, Mosque, ancillary buildings, roads and landscaping and other external works. The project cost was around 40 Million Saudi Riyal
From Feb. 2000 to July 2001
• Worked as "Assistant Project Manager" for HRH Price Sultan Cultural Center Tabuk. The Project comprises mainly a covered auditorium ( Main theater) and open air theater ( Amphitheater), In addition to landscaping, asphalt roads, car parking, boundary fence etc.. The total area of the project was 75, 000M2at an estimated cost of 60 Millions Saudi Riyal
From June 1997 to Jan.2000
• Worked as "Civil Engineer " for GOSI Investment Project- for ARAMCO in the Royal Commission area of Yanbu Al Sinayiah. The Project consists of 240 villas constructed for Saudi Aramco with five different models. The build up area of the projects is around 63, 000 M2 with planned duration of two years and estimated coast of 200millions
