The role and task of the position:-
• Coordinates schedule between client and sub contractor in particular Qatar Pest Control, Blue House and Al Mashriq System through e-mail and telecom.
• Tender proposal preparation
• Receives work request by telephone, e-mail or in person like Technicians, Receptionists, Supervisors on site.
• Log details in the CAFM system and contact the Supervisor / Facilities Coordinator on site informing the issues received.
• Prepare reports of Outstanding Job Request to respective Supervisor on-site.
• Achieves the required level of productivity.
• Handles over 600 calls per week and averaging 100 calls daily.
• Earns solid reputation for resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform various administrative duties such as email support to clients, and coordination with external contractors.
The role of the company to provide services by arranging seminars and facilitating courses for government employees from different countries specially middle east, and helping businessmen to establish business in south east Asia.and also real estate consultancy service.
• Communication and public awareness (example: HIV, malaria diseases awareness and protection, workshop and training in how to create business opportunity and assist them in start business.)
• Coordinate and distribute the tasks and the works among our field agents around the region.
• Assist UNDP in providing opportunity to the poor people whom eager to learn new life skill, for example (using recycled paper to baskets by women, and so on.)
• Working across the region to reduce extreme poverty by making opportunity with the most of real market exists, and help people adapt to challenges they face.
• Work in difference post along with overseas or foreigner visitor (high admin) in term of translating and visiting the effected or the area benefited from the programme
In general i have strong knowledge in accounting, E-commerce, and Islamic banking and finance, especially in field of Islamic capital market because my research was aimed at investigating a number of sukuk challenges, such as Shariah interpretations, western and Shariah disputes and major risks. The impact and contributions of hedging mechanisms as a way of managing sukuk and the available tools were also investigated. The hedging tools were analyzed both from an Islamic perspective and practicality aspect.
