 Independent Correspondence, Assertively negotiate and manage commercial supplier relationships and contracts to deliver signification cost savings for the business.
 Maintaining Ledger for Each Supplier so that all the purchases and payment are in parallel. Its benefited the department so that the account doesn’t closed.
 Making report every 3 month and submitting to the management so that cost department can evaluated and take precautionary measure related to admin/site or miscellaneous expenses.
 Tracking all the PO and deliveries to be closed on time so that Account could evaluate and submit their report.
 Visiting all kingdom regularly to generate new potential supplier zone vise so that company could cut the cost of deliveries.
 International Procurement like the spare Part and Raw Material related to Pilling Work also is the priority so that we could arrange all the necessary document and formalities done on time.
 Making Supplier Vender List and categorizing upon their service.
 Award Proposal for the Supplier as per their Service.
 Keeping track of their Payment history and schedule the payment and give proposal of the payment weekly so that payment is done according to the priority.
 Mostly the structural steel purchases was done directly from factory or the main dealer so that we could get the beat the price and get profit on bidding rate.
 Making Advance payment like PDC or LC was the part of procurement and keeping track so that whenever it matures we could insure the fund available.
 For any equipment Purchase I would make sure to get more flexible payment term for the company like LC in installment or PDC with installment without any extra charges laid upon.
 Keeping track on the Graph of Price fluctuation.
