Accountabilities:
• Total Facility Management TFM Project management. (MEP, LS, HK, Security, Pest Control, Energy, Sustainability)
• Team building, full setup from basic to operational, documentation for PPM (4 years schedule), Checklist etc.
• Client management, Contractor, authority, renovation and short-term project management.
• Preparation of Exam, Event, recreational support.
• Technical and non-technical recruiting and coordination with HR. Petty cash, Inventory management.
• Conducting Monthly Toolbox meeting, giving technical training, CAFM and awareness to technical team.
• Attending weekly progress meeting and follow up of MOM.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Report MMR, KPI & SLA submission, following with Invoices and
Commissioning Certificate to the client.
• Coordination with all stockholders, responding to Emergency calls and Climate alert preparation.
• Follow up and rectify the faulty system by technical team and system specialist.
• Reporting and intimating the additional business opportunity with LM & ED.
• Complete Facility Management of TFM of 30 + years old Asset Management (Higher College of Technology),
updating with current norms.
• Given internship Training to the Engineering students as per the Blueprints.

 Management, Execute and complete operations and maintenance of System, Equipment, and all field devices.
 Remote and Back End Support to all technical, Management team, Supplier, Subcontractors and Manpower supply.
 Coordinate and attend the Meeting virtually to sort out all deficiencies on time.
Monitoring and Approving of all technical documents, Review of Progress, HSE procedure, and Programming of telecom.

 Led a team of projects to close all outstanding Electrical & ELV tasks and snags, as per approved spec, scope, and comments of consultant and authority to get “A’ status.
 Completing all pending documents such as submittal, O&M Manual, As-built Drawings and training module.
 Attending & updating meeting MOM with Clients, Consultants, Vendors, system specialists, suppliers, sub-contractors
 Arranging & attending Training with each system specialist and client FM Team.
 Completing the T&C task and procedure till handing over. Also coordinating between system supplier & client.
 Also, supervise and control of technical team to complete all works including SI (variation Task)

 Engineering / Installation / Testing & Commissioning of MEP, BMS, ELV & Electrical equipment and its functionality.
 Preparation of technical specifications, technical data schedules, SLD & Preliminary bill of quantities.
 Design and prepared essential points from all Equipment to the B.M.S. Control, FACP, ELV & MEP system.
 Site Execution for MEP, BMS, ELV, ELECTRICAL, Power and lighting from First Fix to T&C. Also Installation of DB, SMDB, EDB, Isolators etc.
 Leading Electrical Works such as Containments, wiring, cable pulling, glanding, Megger, and continuity testing.
 Leading HVAC Equipment such as Chillers, FCU, AHU, VAV, Ducting, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Piping, Valve installation works and Testing of pressure, Temperature, Flow etc.
 Leading of installation of Plumping works such as PPR, HDP, Domestic, drain water networks, WC, Kitchen, and fittings..
 Preparing AMR Drawings as per authority regulation and doing containments, control cabling, and installation of Meters and other control devices. Also Preparation of Bill of Quantity, work schedule, weekly status report etc.
 Testing of Loads by temporary supply from pretest to final T&C. Also Clearing of Coordination Drawings.
 Coordination with Architect, other service consultants and contractors.
 Review & approve engineering design, Shop drawings, Spec and activities performed by Subcontractors.
 Review & approve Materials submitted by suppliers / sub-contractors & get approval from Client/ Consultants.

• Supervise & give approval for the complete low current system, electrical integrator, contractor in all time. \[starting
project, on-going and After handed over \]
• All technical correspondence, snags, fallow up to be done & reports submitted to H.O.D.
• To maintain, fault find out & rectification of complete system by P.P.M, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.
• Design and upgrading of the systems. Also providing the operator password and level to all BMS operators.
• Submit MOM, Incident, Progress, breakdown, stock, Equipment, daily, Monthly Report &Co-ordinate with MEP.
• Temporary arrangements of Audio & Video system, lighting & additional D.B. arrangements for the Event, functions,
projector for the seminars etc.
• Maintenance of HVAC, AHU, SPLIT, EXF, SEXF, PUMPS, VFD, WATER / OIL TANK, etc., in Mechanical.
• Renovation and retrofit projects of MEP Tasks such as verification and approval of the contractor submittal, drawings,
MIR, WIR, Issue and Closing of SOR, WCR and coordinated with T&C till handover with all integration.
