• Write Design specifications and scopes of work for construction and implementation of SAS installations involving integrated
protection and control (SCADA) for new substations.
• Perform construction oversight of contractors installation of new SAS equipment and systems in new substations.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies including project base design, cyber security complied SAS standardization, IED selection,
risk analysis and mitigation, related documentation as well as training.
• Implement cybersecurity test in line with NG/SEC TES-P-107.05 Rev1 and Saudi Aramco SAE-S P126 PSA standards as well
as participate in SCADA Hanover audit/walkthrough.
• Architecture modeling of network segmentation using ISA/IEC 62443, NISTR 7628, NERC CIP V5, NIST 800- 82, NIST
800-39 and ISO 27019.
• Design, implement and support the security of ICS networked systems; develop and establish cyber security processes.

• PSA Advanced function configurations such as Reporting, Real time and Archived trend, Auto Disturbance Recorder and SEL
RTAC configurations for SCADA Protocols.

• Responsible for Substation Automation based design execution, configuration, troubleshooting and commissioning over IEC
61850, IEC 60870, OPC and Modbus protocols.
• Performed DCS (Digital Control System) design, engineering, and configuration of projects.
• Coordinated with vendors for site activity like system architecture formation, process interfacing, telemetry requirements, etc. to
make site ready for commissioning.
