Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations.
• Train and carry out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations as described in company Business
Continuity Plan.
• Conduct investigations of all accidents and near-misses.
• Communicate information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promote HSE awareness
through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in
consultation with all relevant departments.
• Record QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis, and issue reports periodically.
• Record daily temp reports and data for all fleet through AFAQY GPS tracking system and data loggers.
• Provide leadership to support the management of supply chains and compliance with QHSE standards.
• Follow up the provision of appropriate resources to support a compliant business and to identify any systemic weaknesses.

Lead project HSE Engineer in new substation connection to 132 k.v. network.

• Implement the 5 Star safety management system developed by Saudi Electricity Company.
• Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions.
• Analyse activities for potential hazards and develop risk assessments.
• Conduct training sessions and lectures to raise safety awareness among project team.
• Prevent and control spillage and breach to environment at work sites.
• Support HSE inspections, internal and external audits, and self-assessments.
• Write the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports required by the client and archive the documents for audit.

Key Accomplishments:
● Led the safety team to finish 75% of the project with zero LTI and zero work stoppage.
● Increased contractor safety score from zero star to 3 star in two months.

Give training on safety procedures to workers and technicians for manual
handling, hot works, forklift use, crane hoist operation, electrical work, and
other areas.
- Facilitating routine inspections and Interpreting regulatory requirements
and develop compliance oriented practices and guidelines.
- Monitor the activities and point unsafe actions and conditions, report them
with the required control measures to the supervisor.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE provided for staff and its condition.
- Supervise maintenance work done by company staff or by third parties to
ensure the safety precautions are taken.
- Support staff with the identification of environmental aspects and
determining the project objectives and target.
