Perform IPL on mainframe LPAR’s and CICS shutdown activities.
Pro active monitoring and escalating console alerts.
Handling spool utilization issues and WTOR’s.
Password reset on production and dev environments.
Actions on CICS lanes - restart, resync, hold, release, message rates, bypass messages etc.
Provide support in EMC requests for hardware replacements at the datacenters.

Weekly restart activities on Virtual Pointing devices.
Monitoring and load adjustments in Informatica.
Responsible for relevant business communications for load cancellations and delay.
Load failure restart and long running escalation with analysis.
Prepare SOP documents for transitions and stakeholder connects with monthly data.
