• Managed end-to-end contract administration for projects USD 116 million, including contract
lifecycle oversight in compliance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
• Draft, review, and negotiate main Contract terms, Subcontract agreements, NDAs, MoUs, JV and
Service Agreements in coordination with internal legal and commercial teams.
• Handle contract interpretation, risk analysis, and identification of deviations and liabilities during
tender and post-award stages to safeguard company interests.
• Lead the administration of variation orders, engineers instructions, extension of time (EOT) claims,
disruption and prolongation claims, and support in delay analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to prepare detailed claim submissions,
substantiations, and contractual correspondences.
• Support legal counsel and external lawyers in arbitration proceedings by compiling evidence,
reviewing legal defenses, and drafting contractual narratives as per KSA law.
• Liaise with employer representatives, project management consultants, and subcontractors to
resolve contractual disputes and achieve commercial close-out.

• Developed and maintained detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring
alignment with project milestones and contractual timelines.
• Monitored project progress against baseline programs, performed delay analysis, and updated
recovery schedules as needed.
• Generated executive dashboards and project performance reports using Power BI, enabling real
time decision-making for senior management.
• Managed client billing, prepared interim payment applications, and ensured timely submission of
price reimbursement claims in accordance with contract terms.
• Drafted and submitted contractual correspondence, notices, and communications to employers
and consultants in compliance with FIDIC and CPWD guidelines.
• Utilized SAP (ERP) software for billing, cost control, and financial reporting to maintain project
profitability and compliance.

• Executed structural works for Indias 3rd and Andhra Pradeshs 1st Wings & Spans Elevated
Corridor Project, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supervised Ground Support System (GSS) erection and removal operations across varying pier
span lengths, coordinating with lifting teams and safety officers.
• Oversaw execution of post-tensioning and grouting works, ensuring timely completion and
compliance with engineering specifications.
