Handling all the HR activities Includes Interview, Induction, attrition control, resignation, and post resignation activities.
Hire and train the new employees, carrying out training needs analyses.
Defining the skill-sets needed to perform different roles.

Preparing Salary for Punjab cluster and Approving all the expense and travelling for Haryana & Punjab.
