FIS Payment Solutions and Services
I am responsible for the implementation of strategic Fintech Payments and Banking alliances for India and South Asia market,
Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services
 Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships
 Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence
 Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes
appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized
product sales expertise
 Meets sales goals and objectives, other related duties assigned as needed

NPCI has formed a subsidiary - NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL) in Q2 2020 to take indigenously developed best-in-class digital payment solutions to International markets

I am responsible for the implementation of Global strategic international alliances, Ranging from International expansion to strategic partnerships to product development like: Foreign inward remittances, Foreign outward remittances, UPI QR acceptance and Prepaid.
Job roles description:
 To take indigenously developed best-in-class digital payment solutions to Internationalmarkets
 Cross-border enablement of Debit/ Credit cards (RuPay) and alternative payments Like UPI QR, Remittances at
ATM, POS merchant and other online channels globally.
 And also support in identifying, investigating and assessing growth opportunities for NPCI in Americas and
APAC region.
 Managing the NIPL’s government relation to seek the guidance and help in expanding of home grown product of
NPCI. Entities like: MEA, DFS, MEITY, RBI, BIS etc.

Roles and Responsibility

● Digital Marketing, Web design, Data Analysis, measurement and reporting; monitoring social media to collect customer insights.

● Lead end­to­end development and execution of campaigns that drive awareness & engagement planning, creative development, execution, budget management and optimization.

● Work with stakeholders to extract value from data and make data­driven actions to improve online brand and marketing activities

● Identify and execute innovative micro marketing activities that reach the target audience.

● Coordinate with designers and external agencies for creative development and content creation for both online and offline marketing channels.

● Evaluate and improve performance efficiency of all customer acquisition initiatives.
