1:Responsible for end-to-end management of FTTH Rollout projects in compliance to the program management framework, principles and
standards.
2: Planning, Designing & Implementation of underground FTTx networks.
3: Responsible to define FTTH program/project plans with dependencies, work breakdown structure, risks and issues, as well as track actuals
against plan covering essentials such as scope, time, cost, quality, resources, procurement, risk, stakeholder, change, integration, impact
analysis etc.
4: Responsible to define, monitor and timely reporting of reports on different types of FTTH Roll out KPI's including progress Dashboards as
per management requirements.
5: Supervising vendor activities on implementing FTTx networks. (i.e. fiber splicing, termination & installation of customer premise equipment
(CPE).
6: Submitting project work order with drawings, cost estimate and other documents to the management for approval.
7: Responsible for contract management i.e. monitoring FTTH Contractor productivity and expediting execution of the FTTH projects.
8:Responsible for monitoring and control of the project including effective collaboration between related stakeholders including field visits & Partners Coaching, if required.
9: To resolve all issues related for technical validation of sites liaison with government bodies for permission to work, good inter department.
Relation with O&M, Planning, and Warehouse team.
10: Checking of vendor job bills and coordination with SCM Section for LOI & timely payment to vendor.
1: Handling the MAN and TTSL Access Network route Lucknow
Operation & Maintenance.
2: New ring fiber route planning & implementation.
3: Pivotal in OFC route planning for network connectivity.
4:Fault rectifications (SDH Equipment & OFC faults).
5: OTDR Testing, Splicing of backbone network.
