Working as GPRS & M2000 O&M for Technical Service Department Responsibilities: I was the main responsible person for GPRS and M200 ip infrastructure O&M support. I was doing O&M of GPRS of Huawei equipments for TMIB and Banglalink (Orascom Telecom).
•Over all O&M of GPRS nodes( SGSN9810, GGSN9811, Charging Gateway9812, HuaweiRouter, Huawei FireWall, Huawei Switch, DNS, SUN Server)
•New GPRS node planning and deployment
•M2000 server installation, configuration and maintenances

•Huawei Router, switch and firewall configuration
•Report Generation on SGSN and GGSN
