* Prepare monthly, weekly and daily plan for targeted production as per sales forecasting and demand and
maintain smooth run of production planning and control (PPC) in the contract manufacturer / manufacturing
plant and set the daily product target with maintaining desired quality standard.
* Setup the operation strategy by analyzing of production capacity of the contract manufacturer or
manufacturing hub and utilizing effective manpower setup.
* Optimizing operational processes & procedures for maximum efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
* Plan and execute in building the team to deliver quality product by training and development overseeing
the operations team and assigning tasks as per Lean methodology to optimize the people, resources, effort,
& energy of your organization toward creating value for the customer.
* Using the preferred Overall Equipment Effectiveness, (OEE) makes it easier to take action against
the underlying causes of lost productivity in manufacturing plant.
* Oversee the shortfall of the raw materials as per Bill of Material (BOM), auxiliary materials and machine
* Line Balancing in order to make efficient machine layout, packaging machine section & thereby reducing
idle-time and bottleneck of operation.
Overall Factory operation planning and control;
Daily monitoring of Production, ensuring the production according to plan and finding out bottleneck and root cause that is hampering production, thereby taking necessary action, decision as a part of team leader;
Plan and execute in building a team to deliver quality product by training and development;
Designing architectural floor Layout of the machine production factory, expansion unit in AUTOCAD 2D, 3D etc
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results, develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards;
Increase production while unnecessary costs, overtime and wastage of resources and focus on departmental cost reduction, scrap reduction and productivity improvement;
Organizing ISO external Audit as a Management Representative - ISO -9001, 14001-2015 : Standard Operating procedure (SOP) of the process, different section, ISO quality manual, organizational Objectives, environmental (14001) audit conducting; OSHA, EHS compliance and regulations;
Planning of the weekly, monthly, yearly overhaul and maintenance of 1.415 Gas generator, diesel generator, water absorption chiller, Hydraulic Extrusion Press, Chemical Anodizing plant, Powder coating plant (PC), Die Mold workshop;
Erection, Installation and commissioning of Hydraulic Extrusion press ( 850 UST) as a team leader, coordinator, guide with the companion of Chinese experts;
Liaison and coordination with different government authority such as Bangladesh Energy regulatory Commission (BERC), ICDDRB, Department of Inspection for factories and Establishments (Ministry of labour and empowerment, Bangladesh) Department of Environment, Government of Bangladesh, Gazipur city corporation; Fire Service and Civil defense, Bangladesh
Production Planning and control (PPC)
To develop and implement maintenance schedules and guidelines for production and maintenance staff and implement preventive and annual maintenance program
To prepare design of different (Bill of Material) BOM for new product & product process system.
Ensuring quality Glazing, Melting, different burner heating process of lamp glass processing machines.
Glass melting, sealing process in Lamp Production belt and thereby reducing crack in glass
Designing of Product, product process design & analysis;
To develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance, annual maintenance and overhauling program;
To liaison with different department such as sales and marketing, purchase, logistics, account, human resources, supply chain etc.
Designing architectural floor Layout of the tube light production factory, Philips expansion unit in 2D, 3D etc
Strictly follow standard operating procedure for all equipment, ISO9001:2015, 14001, EMS, QMS
Perform daily checkup of raw materials stock, finished goods stock in LAN(Local Area Network) base system like Casper, ACCPAC ERP (Enterprise resource planning) Software etc;
Regular check and monitor the PLC (programmable Logic Controller) parameter which is computer hardware of the production machine and after finding any malfunction then PLC software is re-installed into the machine hardware system and start the production.
To ensure process control of production belt that based on the electrical process
control like PLC, automated Robotic control system.
Organize the daily or periodic production program as per monthly/yearly production plan;
Review operations and confer with technical teams to resolve production problems;
Monitoring product quality according to the set of product standards;
To minimize maintenance hours, production downtime and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance;
Ensuring the materials, labors and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets;
Analyzing production, quality control, maintenance to detect the production problems;
Supervise the production of GLS lamp production, production related maintenance
TS Preparation, Monitor production quality,
Rejects analysis, raw materials supply, to deliver the finished product.
R & D of the Ergonomic Design of the Automobile;
Rapid Prototyping, utilization of Reverse Engineering;
In the development stages of automotive components, ensure that the products are easy to manufacture. Design of manufacturability is crucial to make whichever design is developed in the research and development stage of automotive design.
Is concerned with the interactions of all systems in the complete automobile. While there are multiple components and systems in an automobile that have to function as designed, they must also work in harmony with the complete automobile. As an example, the brake system's main function is to provide braking functionality to the automobile. Along with this, it must also provide an acceptable level of: pedal feel (spongy, stiff), brake system “noise” (squeal, shudder, etc.), and interaction with the ABS (anti-lock braking system.
• Actively engaged with the construction, design, consultancy project of YKK phase -II production unit,
• Installation and erection project of newly setup plant and machinery.
• Work with Japanese technical consultant Engineer of Japan Head office in the different project.
• Engage in the productivity improvement project with the Indian Consultant Engineer.
• Tour visit with Japanese team in the visit of production and textile unit of Opex group.
