* Prepare monthly, weekly and daily plan for targeted production as per sales forecasting and demand and
maintain smooth run of production planning and control (PPC) in the contract manufacturer / manufacturing
plant and set the daily product target with maintaining desired quality standard.
* Setup the operation strategy by analyzing of production capacity of the contract manufacturer or
manufacturing hub and utilizing effective manpower setup.
* Optimizing operational processes & procedures for maximum efficiency and maintaining quality standards.

* Plan and execute in building the team to deliver quality product by training and development overseeing
the operations team and assigning tasks as per Lean methodology to optimize the people, resources, effort,
& energy of your organization toward creating value for the customer.
* Using the preferred Overall Equipment Effectiveness, (OEE) makes it easier to take action against
the underlying causes of lost productivity in manufacturing plant.
* Oversee the shortfall of the raw materials as per Bill of Material (BOM), auxiliary materials and machine
* Line Balancing in order to make efficient machine layout, packaging machine section & thereby reducing
idle-time and bottleneck of operation.

 Regular check and monitor the PLC (programmable Logic Controller) parameter which is computer hardware of the production machine and after finding any malfunction then PLC software is re-installed into the machine hardware system and start the production.
 To ensure process control of production belt that based on the electrical process
control like PLC, automated Robotic control system.
