It’s been four years since I have joined Kuwait Support Services Co. because of its best reputation with government and petroleum industries services. At KSS (Kuwait Support Services Co.) I was involved in making KSS a partner / agent in Kuwait for some well-known international brands to serve the commercial market and Government projects that include Nuance, NEC, EBS Systems, HealthVape, LHR Orient etc.
Since 2018 I am working on three major maintenance contracts with MOI Criminal Evidence Department Crime Scene Section …. Maintenance of Crime Scene IT Labs, Maintenance of NEC Neo-Face Watch System, Maintenance of Nuance Batvox/ASIS.

From KSS I consult strategic level security management comprised of highly sophisticated technologies that come from diverse areas, ranging from industrial security to financial security, to law enforcement, to information technology implementations and digital criminology. I have spent my entire career dealing with a wide spectrum of information technology across the IT paradigm, be it software or hardware, security, or development. My capability and years of exposure to different technologies have started helping in keeping KSS at the forefront of the competition of what it does, continuously searching for innovative methods to improve the abilities of KSS to better protect its clients’ interests. KSS has a special focus in cyber security, serving multi-national companies that have facilities and other business interests in Kuwait, supporting their global, regional, and local security managers in carrying out their strategic security plans and goals.

Over the period of time I worked on several positions at A.M. AL-Khorafi Co. (Abdul Mohsin Badar Al-Khorafi Company) which is a well-established highly reputed name in Kuwait and Middle East since 1964. A.M. AL-Khorafi, in addition to its hundreds of different American and European technology brands and engineering services, is an IBM and Microsoft authorized dealer and service provider in Kuwait.

 Managing IT infrastructure maintenance (audio video forensic lab ) of Criminal Evidence Department Ministry of Interior Kuwait - Contract # 402 (2014-2017) - Equipment/software includes IBM Workstations, Salient stills Video Focus, Motion DSP Ikena, IZOTOP, BATVOX from Agnitio, FARO 3D Focus, Fujifilm Printers, and more … This contract has been continually renewed since 2010.
 Managing IT infrastructure maintenance of Criminal Evidence Department Ministry of Interior Kuwait (Mobile/Computer Data Forensic lab ) - Contract # 169 (2014-2017) - Equipment/software includes IBM Workstations & IBM Servers, UFED Physical/Touch from Cellebrite, FTK Toolkit from AccessData, Encase from Guidance Software, Tableau tools, and more … This contract has been renewing since 2009.
 Maintaining A.M.Al-Khorafi’s Datacenter which includes MS Exchange 2010, MS GP Dynamics, Web Servers, Storage Servers, etc.

in multiple line of businesses like fast food chaining (Supper Bunny), Real-Estates, Aluminum
Designing & Casting, Import / Export of Air Conditions, etc. … I worked with M.I.Akbar on
contract basis to establish small scale IT business pertaining ecommerce websites, assembled
PCs / Servers, computer accessories, and desktop support contracts.
 Achievements (OperationsManager)
 Established and managed an off the shore development house of 5 C# programmers
and 1 web designers. Ecommerce portal branded as “Fonetrade” was completed and
ready to do business in about 6-8 months.
 Fonetrade.com was an online mobile phone information / comparison / shopping
portal. It was a shopping mall, e-market, or a unique market place, which allowed
mobile phone retailers to open their virtual shops online along with their shop items
(Mobiles, Accessories, and Mobile Lines).

I started as a senior support engineer in GlobalNet (An Internet Service Provider), and was later promoted to tech. support manager within a year. GlobalNet Center had main backbone from Qualitynet Co, and backup links with EUTell and NileSat Satellite companies. GlobalNet also introduced and had proven success being an application service provider. It was serving more than 1200 concurrent dialup connections, 1-way Satellites, and shared DSL Connections.

I joined Computhink as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, but after six months took over System Administrator’s responsibilities as well for the R&D department with 6 testers in hand. I offered support for Windows NT/2000 and NOVELL Netware servers define client and server application connectivity procedures, analysis and test in-house developed software.
Computhink Computer Company W.L.L. (Dasman Complex Sharq Kuwait) is a member organization of Syed Hamid Behbhani Group “HSBC”. It was an authorized dealer and reseller for 3COM and Fujitsu Siemens. Computhink had 100% development rights of “The Paperless Office”, TimeTel, and IDTel. The Paperless Office was document imaging and scanning solution while the IDTel was a complete employee identification and payroll system. Computhink clients included Ministry of Electricity & Water, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning, AL-Mall Kuwaiti Co., AL-Nazayer, Investment DAR, Kuwait National Petroleum Co. (KNPC), and others.
