Revenue Enhancement from Existing and New Clients
• Increase channel sales from existing clients in the geographical region (Both Volume and Value).
• Manage all the categories of Relaxo Footwear range of products including PU, PUB, PVC, EVA, RUBBER, TPR
• Detailed analysis of industry trend and competitive activities.
• Plan and execute sales with Key accounts (Distributors, resellers, Trade)
• Monitor Brand / SKU level value & volume both, Analysis and reporting on Margins
• Handling chain of Key Account and developing plan to negotiate Range, Pricing, Shelf space, Merchandising and Promotion.
• Support marketing managers in the development of pricing strategies to set suitable prices for products
• Maintain strong relationship with distributor and channel manager
Budgeting and Planning
• Keep track of all Selling Variable Expenses (Advertisement, Sales Promotion, Distributor Commission) in adherence to the budget. Plan and manage budget to ensure they are in line
NPD Introduction and Coordination
• Facilitate increase in NPD Revenue contribution in their respective regions through coordination with Export SCM.
Distributor Assessment
• Ensure timely delivery, quality and service to buyers in competitive time frame in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Timely reconciliation of distributor claims to keep clean statement of accounts.
Diversification of Product Mix
• Increase the Basket of products to be billed to the distributor and thus increasing average value.
Inventory and Stock Availability
• Distributors are adequately stocked with the right inventory mix to meet demand.
AOP Submission and Target Setting
• Provide robust estimates for their respective region for the AOP exercise carried out every year and also in terms of target setting for the respective distributor resources.
