 Roles & Responsibilities:
 Dedicated to directly interact with the customer and ensure that all shipments related requirements are met through
 applying Agility standard policies, Guidelines and SOPs
 Facilitates revenue growth through the Transportation and Distribution activities; Increase volumes, Participates in the
 development of solutions to attract and retain new and existing business within the Product Line.
 Implements operational efficiency improvements which include, but are not limited to, standardization of systems, quality
 control, and customer satisfaction.
 Approves personnel activities concerning hiring, training/development, and evaluation of staff performance. Meantime,
 recognizes and recommends operational improvements.
 Assigned to coach and mentor New Hires and existing staff.
