Current Job Description -
•Collect blood from patients.
•Accessioning for all inpatients samples received from different departments of hospital and distribute to consult department with proper request form.
•Preparation of send out test which are not done in hospital laboratory.
•Play a role in hazardous Team to maintain the proper discarding of hazardous materials.
•Maintaining the required stock in laboratory store as per all laboratory Departments Requirement.
•Make bench interview for HOD selection Phlebotomist.
•Make training to new joining phlebotomist staff.
As an overview, I am flexible and effective communicator, problem solver, with ability to focus on solutions and remain calm in crisis. I am organized, proactive and aspiring towards improving current procedures.
