Coordinate and update shop drawing as per site condition.

Design, Prepare and finalized full package projects workshop
drawings (villas, housing, privet houses, and offices)
with full details.
Site visit to the locations of the projects before and
after the stage of design and under construction.
Prepare & finalized full package for the projects :
•Prepare BOQ'S.
•Quantity survey.

Planning and coordinating with the visual merchandisers for all the items display and designs.
- Responsible for staff rosters and ensuring the required attendance is met especially in the peak seasons.
- Preparing the out of stock and the high demand items reports to ensure its availability to the customers which will, in turn, help to maximize the set sales target every month.
