KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Account Management includes:
- Act as a sole point of contact for software sales in Erbil includes: People365 HRMS, DocuWare DMS, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sage ERP.
- Manage hardware presales team to design solutions, communicate with the vendors, and prepare the proposals.
- End-to-End sales process management, from lead generating, qualification, prospecting, and deal closing.
- Software presales activities, includes prepare presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and sales contract.
- Coordinate with current partners and find the appropriate partners to Sell and promote integrated solutions.
- Represent the company in events (Seminars, conferences … etc.).
Project Management includes:
- Arrange with team leader and implementers to deliver solutions as designed.
- Participated in project Management of complex IT project following industry recognized project management methodologies (PMI Standards).
SALES QUOTA AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Annual Quota of $400, 000
- Prepare the prerequisites and reach partnership agreement with DocuWare DMS, and Insight ERP Consultants.
- Self-training on Microsoft Licenses, Dell Solutions, and Turkish language.
Major Accounts and Projects: Erbil Passport Authority, Ashur Bank, Kalegran Oil, Auchan Hypermarket, and Sanita.
MenaITech HRIS account management including:
- Accountable for completing sales objectives and general quality of service.
- Manage the sales activities, starting from lead generation to deal closing.
- Call and face-to-face visit prospective, new and presented customers to assist new business.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Channels Management, for MenaITech partners’ network in Lebanon, Iraq, Oman, Bahrain, and Yemen:
- Follow up the partners’ targets and assure partners commitment to MenaITech standards and rules.
- Develop new markets and make the initial agreements with new partners.
- Maintain partners’ orientation and sales training to partners account managers.
Participating & preparing marketing activities, includes:
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Representing the company in IHRM
