JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountants maintain, including preparing all type of statements,
• According with policies and procedures.
• To the General Ledger is up to date and reconciled.
• The preparation of periodical management information reports.
• All the documents fallow up Receivables & Payables and preparation of ageing analysis.
• Evaluation organization on a daily basis statement for all expenses with all supporting & necessary documentations.
• Preparing Petty cash financial Statements & etc.
• All types of documents maintaining (Computerized)
• Monthly Report Submitting i.c, Inc.
coordinating all sales invoice and track from the point of sale system, MS office Excel etc, maintain the accounts of all sales final, I am making purchase orders from the vendors and analyse their payment issues.
Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a inventory and supply chain.
Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally& promptly with suppliers
Experience of liaising with forwarders and overseas companies to arrange collections.
Able to negotiating rates with local contractors and also international companies
Master Degree in English studies, Master of arts in English languages
