PMO Management, Responsible for the establishment and management of a project methodology incorporating
structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting which is agile, fits the needs of
the project and puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely project delivery.
Supervision, performs all aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems (CWP) for an assigned project, or a designated area of a large project.
Reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies, involved with the infrastructure associated with the train system, grade corridors, bridges, tunnels, buildings and parking facilities.
Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and inspectors in varying fields of expertise (civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural).
Monitoring and coordinating all contractors' activities for assigned area of rail.
Developing discipline construction schedules and monitoring progress. Providing project schedule and progress appraisal reports to the client.
Monitoring material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedule within the assigned discipline. Ensuring that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.
Maintaining first-level of quality.

Supervise all of the central region construction and maintenance activities. Factories. Supervise workshop, workloads and workshop staff and managing completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules.
Carry out daily Factories, plants and machines checks in accordance with company procedures and site working plan
Assisting site management in achieving the required processing outcomes
To work to health and safety, environmental and other standards as they apply to the process
Work to timescales and deadlines
Responsible for coordinating project development with sales teams, developing
budgets, including preparing construction bids for labor, materials and equipment,
Moreover, conducting product demonstrations, providing project status updates,
installation, commissioning, configuration, maintenance of the kingdom electricity
network including all stations of the four regions following the company standards
Planning, running and reporting the operations in the field environment, also managing specific field operations at the operations base and the wellsite, which includes; equipment maintenance, job planning, equipment preparation at the operations base, equipment load out, equipment reception at the wellsite, reception testing of operating equipment at the wellsite, wellsite trouble shooting, rig down of equipment, operational reporting to the client and direct manager. managing their crew and appraising their subordinates, consistent with performance management objectives.
