● Receive requests for PDI of new vehicles and initiate the process.
● Explain to the customer about the required repairs (if any) and provide the time frame
of delivery.
● Inspect and prepare repair estimates of accident/damage repairs for insurance claims.
● Follow up on claim approvals in order to proceed with the repairs at the earliest.
● Follow up on ordered parts as per priority with the parts department.
● Organize inspection upon completion of the job to ensure the quality of the job meets
the prescribed standard and to satisfy the customer.
● Look for additional accessories sales opportunities for internal vehicles.
● Deliver the vehicle in most courteous manner once the job has been completed to the
entire satisfaction of the customer and authorities of the workshop so as to ensure
continuity of business.
● Keep the customers constantly posted on the status of the back order parts, their
actual date and time of arrival to assure customer of the company’s genuine interest
in sorting out his/her problem so as to retain the customer’s confidence.
● Keep customers periodically informed about the work progress and deliver vehicles.
● Upgrade product knowledge through web based training and class room training
● Follow up on Work In Progress (WIP) targeting closer in 30 days
● Supervise and manage the team in order to get the job done right first time.
