In my role as an account manager at a digital agency, I interact with clients daily to understand their needs and propose business growth strategies. Additionally, I devise ideas for monthly performance reports to monitor progress and handle their social media handles. Crafting strategies and campaigns for the brands under my purview is also part of my responsibilities. Moreover, I coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
I served as a Client Success Manager at PIXL, Dubai. My duties encompassed client onboarding, daily interactions, and meetings. Given the organization's focus on top developers and brokers in the region, a significant aspect of my role involved overseeing ongoing performance marketing campaigns for all clients. Additionally, I ensured that the leads generated met the suggested CPLs (Cost Per Lead). Furthermore, I managed CRM accounts for clients using platforms like HubSpot.
The primary objective of my role was to ensure that the campaigns running delivered optimal results with minimal junk leads. Additionally, I focused on ensuring that the targeting was accurate, based on insights gathered during meetings with the client.
During my limited tenure at Leo Burnett, I contributed to one of India's most viewed campaigns for Oreo, featuring the cricketing star MS Dhoni as its face.
Additionally, I was involved in Oreo's new flavor launch, where I directly collaborated with Netflix for a partnership with the brand in association with Stranger Things. In addition, I managed a client who was one of the leading real estate developers in India. My primary focus was spearheading their print ad campaigns in Tier 1 cities across the country.
In my role, I managed the online presence for brands like Tata Consultancy Services, Godrej Interio, and Velvet Vibes. I led successful initiatives such as TCS Global's #TheBigMove, generating 100, 000+ job applications. I also spearheaded Tata Consultancy Services' rebranding efforts with the "Building on Belief" campaign, collaborating with Bollywood artists. Additionally, I directed projects for Amazon Prime Video and orchestrated campaigns for Godrej Interio's largest furniture sale.
