The hospital is one of the highly Prestigious and reputed projects in Saudi Arabia. It is similar to advanced international centres and it is spread over 23, 183 square meters.
Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic team of over 100 professionals, including supervisors, foremen,
Leadsman, electricians, and helpers, overseeing operations across 12 floors within
a 22-story building.
Ensure flawless execution of electrical installations in alignment with Project
Specifications, NEC, and NFPA Standards.
Oversee various installations, including power systems, lighting systems, cable
tray/trunking, grounding, lightning protection, UPS installations (up to 800KVA),
busways, HVAC power, and cable laying (MV, LV).
Manage complex systems such as Patient Support System, LV & MV Switchgears,
RMUs, Transformers (2100KVA), and LV & MV ATSs.
Oversee the meticulous execution of Low Current installations adhering to Project
Specifications and NEC, NFPA Standards.
Manage diverse systems, including fire alarm, access control, nurse call, public
address, telephone (VOIP & Analog), data systems (including active and passive
components), IPTV, master clock, real-time location & infection control, smart
patient display, door intercom, area rescue, IP CCTV, and wireless access.
Create comprehensive shop drawings for LV & LC, earthing & lightning protection,
and cable tray according to design and specifications.
