Worked as a 360 Recruiter with NES GT, placing Oil & Gas professionals on a permanent/contract basis across Engineering & Drilling Disciplines throughout the Middle East
Responsibilities Include:
•Engaging with clients to understand/plan their manpower needs
•Sourcing technical/non-technical profiles across Mid, Senior & Executive Roles
•Interviewing candidates and short listing the best talent that match client requirements
•Actively pursuing new projects/clients to bring new business on board
•Account managing key EPC/PMC companies
•Taking full P&L responsibility of assigned region
Responsibilities Included:
1) Quality Sampling of Work Prep Offshore Policies for Zurich International Life
2) Producing Daily/Weekly Management Information Reports

2) Answer telephone, take & relay messages
3) Arranging business travel for staff including flight/hotel bookings

5) Maintain the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, meetings and telephone calls

Highlights of the project included making recommendations to the CEO on key issues that will impact McDonalds in the coming years. Received positive results from the Professors and ended up scoring the second highest grade in our class. Honors - First Class Honours (Highest Grade in UK Grading System) Scholarship - Was awarded 40% scholarship based on academic performance at University
A Levels subjects included - Business Studies, Psychology, Travel Tourism A-Level Project - Event Organizer As part of my “A-Level Project”, I was responsible for organizing a tour to abroad for a group of 4-5 people. This not only made me a good team player, but taught me key skills such as time management, co-ordination and most importantly, respecting the values and beliefs of your fellow colleagues.
