• Handling all site alarm and full official issues (Attendance, Overtime, Spare Parts &Cash).
• Technical support for Sinai region for any transmission or BSS alarms and trains New engineers.
• Installing new or swap BTS, New sectors, Route new E1s, New link installation, Link swap and upgrade.
• Trouble shooting of various Alarms including RSL Link Failures, Cannel Issues, Power Issues and environmental issues.
