• Record keeping of all the documents related to all projects.
• Responsible for approval and signatures of all relevant project documents from Government entity, clients, consultants, contractor, sub-contractor etc.
• Close coordination with sales team to update work progress.
• Preparing progress reports and communicating it to the sales team, management and client on weekly basis.
• Performance evaluation of technical staff.
• Supervising after sales service and customer support.
• Arranging Technical trainings and development programs for the team.
• Participation in design review meetings and workshops as and when required.
• Monitored installation and operations to consistently meet rigorous customer requirements.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by the management.

 Total end-to-end project ownership right from quantity take-off, engineering to submissions, consultants’ approvals, site engineering, manpower allocation, execution & inspection up to testing, commissioning & close-out.
 Represent the organization in contractual matters with client/ consultants.
 In-charge of the project team in design/site activities and management of project profitability.
 Ensure prompt resolution of queries of client/engineers, pertaining to unclear scope of supply, missing technical data of equipment or variations.
 Reporting to the Project Manager regarding the site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.
 Liaise with Main Contractor, Consultants, Clients, equipment vendors and suppliers where required to ensure compatibility of design interfaces during installation activity.
 Participation in design review meetings and workshops, if required.
 Checking and preparing progress site reports, meeting records, designs and drawings.
 Technical evaluation of vendor submissions including approval of shop drawings.
 Perform testing and commissioning of the installed systems and handover to the parties concerned.
 Monitored installation and operations to consistently meet rigorous customer requirements.
 Ad hoc duties as determined by management

•Design, development, and installation of automation and process control systems.
•Knowledge and understanding of systems involved in operations such as PLC's, real-time computer monitoring systems, SCADA, hardware, software, HMI, etc.
•Provide technical support, maintenance, modifications, and continuous improvement for automation systems.
•Participate in capital projects, new installations, testing, and modernization projects for new systems.
•Troubleshooting and commissioning.
•Communication between HMI and PLC of same and different make. (for example: L&T plc with Honeywell HMI, Delta PLC with Honeywell HMI, Honeywell HMI with L&T PLC etc.)
•Interviewing and training new candidates for our technical team, following up with their performances.
•Assigning Technicians for Service Calls
•Collecting the Service reports for service calls and updating to reporting manager.
•If required, attending service calls for every possible application.
•Preparing Quotations, Offer letters and BOM as or when required.
•Attending Project discussions or meetings with clients whenever required.
•Giving presentations to new clients to ensure they understand the benefits of purchasing our products.
•R&D of new products and how they can be used in industrial automation.
•Giving technical sessions every week to all the trainees.

•Following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks.
•Hands-on operation and troubleshooting of all Lab equipments.
•Designing and Manufacturing Trainer boards.
•Ensure all equipment are maintained, serviced and repaired as required
•Diagnose and rectifies minor faults/problems with equipment
•Monitor and maintain a safe working environment in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
•Train faculty and students in use of equipment and techniques
•Ensure maintenance of records for lab equipment and supplies
•Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations follow up with procurement/Facilities Managements/Finance departments
