•Accompany IT transversal projects in the design, choice and implementation of integration solutions throughout the project lifecycle
•Collect, analyse business requirements and study the feasibility from a technical and functional point of view including the description of proposed solutions and estimated charges.
•Exchange with enterprise architects and ensure the coherence of architectures and conditions of operability and security.
•Prepare the Technical Architecture Document on all the projects entrusted.
•Elaboration of detailed functional and technical specifications and operating documents.
•Development and implementation of the approved and validated solution in billing system:
•Development of new commercial offers (Rate plans, services, Free unis, promotions, cost control, System Scenarios…etc.)
•Design and development of new web services (SOAP and REST) for different needs of integration.
•Contributor in the TMF project of Orange Group: Development of standard APIs CMS/J2EE/WS reusable by all Orange subsidiaries.
•Provide technical assistance to the development/production/test and integration teams
•Ensure the second level of support for production
•Investigation and resolution of complex back office incidents related to billing in SLAs
•Investigate and propose standard Billing solutions or workarounds.
•Analyse billing and rating chain and enhance performance if possible.
•Optimize operation scripts in case of production problems
